With restrictions easing on 19th July, we want to reassure customers that your safety and enjoyment remain our top priorities. As such, we’ll be keeping many of the improvements made since reopening.
Cleaning:
We have always been rated highly for our standards of cleanliness but we stepped it up another level due to Covid. These additional measures will remain in place with rotation of toys and sanitising high contact areas regularly. Our in between session cleans have always been in place so no matter what time of day you visit, every child can experience the wow factor.
Hand Sanitising:
We will continue to ask all visitors to hand sanitise on entry, and will have sanitising stations available throughout the centres. This will be a permanent fixture.
Track and Trace:
We have always operated a booking system that captures customer contact details so we will cease the additional requirement to capture a phone number for everyone attending. NHS Track and Trace posters will still be displayed in order to allow customers to ‘check-in’.
Capacity:
We have always operated capacity limits to ensure a quality play experience, but these were reduced further due to Covid. As feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly positive, with a preference for quieter sessions, we will not be reverting to pre pandemic capacity.
Face Coverings:
Our staff will continue to wear a face covering at service points. Where possible we would ask that customers continue to wear a mask to protect those more vulnerable, but we respect everyone’s right to choose, so it will not be a mandatory requirement.
Card Payments:
We moved to a cashless system during the pandemic and will continue with this in the short term to help protect our staff.
