Our Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and entering our premises, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
All parents/guardians acknowledge that Little Street is not a supervised play centre and accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children in their care at all times.
(1.0) Tickets & transfers
(1.1) The ticket price includes admission for one session at Little Street.
(1.2) One ticket entitles entry for one person into Little Street for one allocated 85 minute play session.
(1.2.1) If you (the customer) pre-books tickets and do not allocate/book a space for all in your party attending, Little Street reserve the right to refuse entry if the maximum capacity has been reached on that session. A refund will not be given and only those booked will be permitted entry to Little Street.
(1.3) All children must pay admission to enter Little Street with the exception of babies in arms/non-walkers.
(1.3.1) A ‘non-walker’ is an infant not yet walking without support from an adult.
(1.3.2) A ‘child’ is any infant, toddler or child that is walking or can manoeuvre around the building with a walking aid in order to access activities in the play areas.
(1.3.3) An ‘adult’ is a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years entering Little Street with a ‘child’ or ‘non-walker’.
(1.4) Where tickets are purchased on behalf of others, the buyer accepts responsibility for notifying all those in their party of Little Street terms and conditions.
(1.5) All Little Street tickets & gift vouchers are non-refundable.
(1.6) Transfers for any pre-booked tickets are only available where Little Street receive notice a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the start time of the session booked. There are no exceptions to this rule, the transfer policy applies in all circumstances including but not limited to; adverse weather, illness, self-isolating, difficulty locating a parking space, roadworks or traffic incidents.
(1.6.1) Credits will be offered in place of a transfer where a customer cannot confirm the date to re-book. Credits are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of the original cancellation.
(1.7) Little Street is designed for children in the early years (12 months – 7 years). However children up to 10 years old may attend and use the play equipment with younger siblings. Any child must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No one under the age of 18 years is permitted entry into Little Street without an accompanying adult.
(1.8) All persons age 11 years and upwards must be accompanied by a child to gain entry to Little Street. Exceptions apply to staff and works people employed by Little Street to carry out work onsite.
(1.9) Spaces are limited for each session and only those with a valid ticket will be allowed entry into the building.
(2.0) Little Street retains the right to cancel any group bookings that exceed the maximum spaces under our group booking limit. Such cancellations will only be refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the booking date.
(2.1) Ticket prices are listed in GBP on our website www.little-street.co.uk but may change at any time. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors after booking.
(2.2) When you purchase a ticket from our website, you will receive an email confirmation with a booking reference number. This email constitutes proof of booking however is not proof of payment. Please ensure you have the booking confirmation number and the name of the person who booked when you arrive at the main entrance of Little Street.
(2.3) It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the session date and time on your email confirmation. Mistakes cannot always be rectified and entry will only be permitted for the number of tickets stated on the confirmation.
(2.4) Gift vouchers are available for purchase on our website www.little-street.co.uk only. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. A gift voucher does not guarantee entry into a specific session and can only be used subject to availability. Vouchers purchased prior to 27th November 2024 are redeemable over the telephone only. Vouchers purchased online after this date can only be redeemed online.
(2.4.1) Little Street reserves the right to refuse to accept any vouchers that may have been altered, duplicated or printed by unauthorised personnel.
(2.4.2) Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
(2.4.3) Little Street cannot be held liable for gift vouchers which are lost or damaged.
(3.0) Session Times & Closures
(3.1) We operate pre-defined play sessions. You may turn up at any time during a play session but you will be required to leave at the end of that session even if you have not been there for the full 85 minutes. It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your session and we cannot be held responsible for any delays you may experience. Refunds and transfers will not be given if you miss your session or part of it.
(3.2) Little Street reserve the right to close the whole or part of Little Street at any time if deemed necessary for the security and safety of guests and staff. Customers will be offered the opportunity to re-book their tickets within 6 months or a full refund will be given.
(4.0) Rules of Entry
(4.1) Little Street does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises, therefore all children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.
(4.2) To prevent the spread of infection visitors who are unwell, or who have been unwell, must not visit the centre for 48 hours (or until no longer contagious in the case of chickenpox, hand foot and mouth, covid 19 and other such infections). Refunds will not be given and transfers require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
(4.3) If a child or adult visiting Little Street is sick or infectious whilst onsite they must leave the premises immediately or will be asked to do so. No refunds or credits will be offered in these circumstances.
(4.4) Little Street reserve the right to deny admission or ask a person to leave that has already gained entry if they do not abide by our rules, if they pose a danger or threat of staff or customers, for any illegal activities or offensive behaviour. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties will not receive refund if asked to leave for these reasons.
(4.5) Any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings of Little Street will be liable to pay for any damage caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to abide by our ‘Rules of entry’ & ‘Rules of play’.
(4.6) With the exception of Exclusive Hire or arrangements agreed privately with management, visitors may not bring outside food and drink into Little Street.
(4.7) Visitors must remove their shoes and wear socks in the play areas. There is no exception to this rule. If you (the customer) or your child requires shoes for walking you must contact Little Street customer services to discuss prior to your visit.
(4.8) No hot or cold food & drink or chewing gum is permitted in the play areas.
(4.9) Smoking is prohibited inside Little Street facilities and this includes the use of e-cigarettes.
In order to ensure all visitors have an enjoyable experience, please call your local venue if you or your child has a disability, medical condition or other educational needs that may impact upon your visit to Little Street. We will endeavour to put in place any appropriate arrangements to cater for your needs.
(5.0) Photography
(5.1) We allow photographs to be taken by customers of their children. We ask that all visitors to Little Street are careful to avoid taking pictures of other children.
(5.2) Little Street cannot be held responsible for any images posted on to a public website without prior permission from the persons in the photograph or their guardians.
(5.3) Little Street will never share still images of visitors and their children on our website or social media pages without prior agreement in writing with those concerned.
(6.0) Security & Safety
(6.1) CCTV is in operation throughout Little Street and is covered by our Privacy policy.
(6.2) All personal belongings and property brought into Little Street by visitors is done so at the owners risk. Little Street accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit.
(6.3) The main door is secured by a magnetic lock for the safety and security of all visitors. Staff must be asked to allow entry to or exit from Little Street. No other persons can allow others entry into Little Street.
(6.4) Little Street accept no responsibility for any items left in the buggy shelter and accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit.
